Personal data processed: eLOOP processes personal data transmitted through contact and events registration forms, as well as those relating to 'feedback' forms following an event.

Personal data relating to the surname, first name, function and affiliation (company name) as well as the content of the 'feedback' form are transmitted to the partner suppliers of the event to which you are taking part. These suppliers are located in Switzerland or in the EU. They have committed themselves to process the data in accordance with applicable laws and to refrain from transferring your data to third parties.

Our data processing activities are conducted in a transparent way and for legitimate business purposes (e.g. seminar registrations).

Personal data collected are used for the purposes described above and/or at the time of collection or for other compatible purposes only.

We store the processed personal data on our servers, located in Switzerland only.

We do our utmost to ensure that the data processed is accurate.
